សកម្មភាពខាងលើជាការវាយប្រហារដ៏កំរោល ដោយមិនរើសគោលដៅរបស់យោធាថៃ ជាការរំលោភបំពានច្បាប់មនុស្សធម៌អន្តរជាតិ។

កងកម្លាំងកម្ពុជាបានជួយសង្គ្រោះប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលបានរងរបួសនឹងបន្តតាមដានយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងឈរជើងយ៉ាងរឹងមាំ ស្វាហាប់ មោះមុត និងប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នខ្ពស់ជានិច្ច ក្នុងការបំពេញតួនាទីរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដីរបស់កម្ពុជា និងសេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូររបស់យើងដោយអង់អាចក្លាហាន ដោយមិនងាករេជាដាច់ខាតទោះក្នុងតម្លៃ ណាក៏ដោយ។

Please be informed about the situation along the Cambodia-Thailand border regarding the Thai military forces continuing their violation on Cambodian sovereign territory in the innocent civilian residential area, in the 5th Military Region, at the area of O’ Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province, on December 24, 2025.

- At 9:40 a.m., the Thai military fired 1 shell into a densely populated civilian residential area in Kon Trie, O’ Chrov district, close to National Road No.5, Banteay Meanchey province. The attack caused injuries to 2 innocent civilians.

The brutal actions above are indiscriminate attacks by the Thai military, a serious violation of international humanitarian law.

The Cambodian forces assisted the injured civilians and continue to monitor the situation closely, and stand strong, brave, and remain vigilant in fulfilling their roles to protect the territorial integrity of Cambodia. We will protect our dignity with courage and unwavering resolve, at any cost, and without succumbing to coercion or intimidation in any form.

It is advised that fellow citizens follow information from official sources, cooperate and comply with the instructions of all local authorities.
